STRETCH THERAPY

Flexibility is crucial for body and life. Stretching benefits go beyond the physical. Adults 30+ lose 1% flexibility yearly due to stress and strain, affecting quality of life. Stretch therapy can slow aging, improve posture, boost circulation, and alleviate pain. Using Trigger Point Therapy and Stretch techniques, I work to enhance muscle range of motion, aiming to improve function, reduce pain, and enhance mobility.
